THE WORKROOM PARKDALE : This workshop is scheduled to take place in our new studio at 207 Cowan Avenue, Unit A. We can't wait to welcome you there!

Level up your handmade wardrobe with the chic and unstructured Heather Blazer! An untailored piece with an editorial look, Heather is a friendly introduction to constructing outerwear.  You’ll learn a variety of skills that transfer to so many apparel projects: Construct a fully lined outwear garment with set in sleeves and a notched lapel collar. Sew it up in linen, suiting, twill, canvas, or wool coating for the look of your choice. We’ll pay special attention to finishing and professional construction methods.

Heather is the perfect relaxed layer base to build on. Once you learn to sew it we’re sure you’ll dream up a collection of customized versions!

This garment class is six 3-hour sessions. This class meets Wednesdays beginning July 10, 17, 24, 31, August 7 & 14.
