THE WORKROOM PARKDALE : This workshop is scheduled to take place in our new studio at 207 Cowan Avenue, Unit A. We can't wait to welcome you there!

Intro to Cross Stitch will get you hooked on this this simple but distinctive embroidery style. Students will work on a beautiful floral design by Johanna Masko while learning how to prep fabric for stitching, how to read a cross stitch chart, how to organize floss, and some simple ‘stitch math’.

This class is one 3-hour session

Prerequisite :  None! This is a beginner cross stitch workshop. No previous experience is required.

CLASS SUPPLIES : Class fees include workshop registration and in-shop use of sewing machines and irons. All supplies, materials and personal tools are to be provided by each student, unless otherwise specified. Upon enrolment, a Class Confirmation and Supply List will be emailed by our shop team so that these items can be gathered or purchased prior to the class. We welcome a visit, call or email with any questions regarding this workshop and the required supplies prior to registration.


CANCELLATION POLICY : Class fees are non-refundable. Any cancellations or changes to your registration must be done at least 72 hours prior to the class start date in order to be issued a store credit. Cancellations that are made less than 72 hours before the class start date and students who do not show up to class will forfeit their class fee.

Our bright Parkdale Studio is equipped with Bernina sewing machines and sergers, large cutting tables and ironing stations. Students will also learn to use specialty presser feet, essential sewing machine features as required for their class project.

Students have complimentary access to the sewing studio until completion of their class project.
